Join Wildlands Conservancy’s Stream Team Volunteers! We help maintain riparian buffer zones (areas planted with native trees, grasses, and shrubs) along creeks and streams in the Lehigh and Northampton Counties. This involves weeding to remove invasive plant species and inspecting and replacing tree tubes used to protect young trees.

Wildlands Conservancy's Stream Team is a great volunteer opportunity for individuals, college students, and community groups. Join us!!

Volunteers are encouraged to register for multiple dates and locations.

Otters in the City: A Wild Plan for Downtown Allentown
Our Director of Living Collections, Brandon Swayser, will share the story of creating the Lehigh River Watershed exhibits and what it took to bring our otters and other wildlife to the heart of the city.

Then, get ready to laugh out loud with the one and only Glen Tickle—stand-up comic and science enthusiast!

The Party Animals fun continues with:
- Special animal encounters
- Music and dancing with DJ Romeo G
- Your first drink included with your ticket (cash bar available after that)
- Themed food options available for purchase

Get your pic with an otter! For a small donation, get a memorable photo taken with one of our otter friends in the background (safely behind glass). We snap the picture, you strike your best pose. (Limited availability)

Please note: We can’t guarantee the otters will pose (or stay in frame), but you’ll go home with a wild memory, some cool otter facts, and a photo to remember your visit!

Discover the basics of canoeing on the calm waters of the canal at Wy-Hit-Tuk Park!

Perfect for beginners and families, this hands-on program will introduce you to paddling techniques, water safety, and the joys of exploring nature from the water. Led by Wildlands Conservancy’s experienced guides, participants will gain confidence on the water while enjoying a peaceful paddle surrounded by the park's scenic beauty. All equipment is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us for a fun and relaxing introduction to canoeing!

The Cellar Dwellars Band delivers powerhouse riffs with their eclectic style and impressive skill set that is beyond their years! These teens are the epitome of rock & roll youth as they weave their own innovative sound into the classics. Hailing from the Skylands of Northwestern NJ, this multi-talented rock band has been tenaciously working on original tracks and recorded their first demo, "Where I Am" in March of 2024. Their second demo, “Home” was released in August of 2024 and is available on SoundCloud. They’ve been busy in the studio working on their upcoming EP release. Their recent addition of original songs has put them in a league of their own as they showcase their individual musical style.

Yard sale will be held in the church's air conditioned Rev. Paul Couch Family Center. Proceeds benefit the church’s general fund.

New this year we will have a Café and a Bake Sale.
Items will be available for purchase starting at 8:00 am.
Café menu to include breakfast sandwiches, mac and cheese, hot dogs,
barbecue, coffee, tea, lemonade, water, and more.
